Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
150g shredded beef
prepared pie dough
2 tomatoes (seeded)
1 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
a pinch of salt and pepper
Direction
1. Brush pan with oil and cook beef for 2-3 minutes.
2. Turn beef and cook for further 2 minutes.
3. Spread beef in centre of pastry, roll and oil.
4. Return to OvenWave and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Turn the roll and cook for 1 minute. Remove and allow to rest with lid on for 3 minutes.
